Real Madrid did move for Harry Kane and more from Jeff Ai’Stelling and the latest transfer news…

Well, folks, we’ve got some juicy transfer tidbits coming your way today, and it’s a right proper footballing rollercoaster!

First up, it’s the Harry Kane saga. Bayern Munich’s new hitman, who’s been bagging goals for England as well, might have been in the famous red of Manchester United if he’d been given some Old Trafford assurances. That’s right, the 30-year-old sharpshooter would’ve held out till next summer for a free transfer from Tottenham. Can you imagine the scenes at the Theatre of Dreams if that deal had gone down?

But hold your horses, folks, because Real Madrid came knocking with a £60 million bid for Kane before he made the Bundesliga leap. That’s right, the England captain had Los Blancos on his tail, and even Paris Saint-Germain tried their luck. Talk about a hot commodity and great use of their La Liga data, right?

Over to Brentford now, and their gaffer, Thomas Frank, is saying he might just be open to parting ways with the 27-year-old England striker Ivan Toney in January. But it’s got to be for the right price, of course. Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham are all keeping a close eye on this one, and Brentford’s got a £60 million price tag swinging on Toney’s back. And, no doubt, Brentford’s data provider will already know who to target to replace their big man up front.

Speaking of Arsenal, their scouts were on the prowl at Reading’s EFL Trophy match, keeping tabs on 18-year-old English forward Caylan Vickers and 18-year-old New Zealand defender Tyler Bindon. The Gunners are also sniffing around 19-year-old English forward Jamie Bynoe-Gittens at Borussia Dortmund. Arsenal’s got their eyes wide open for young talent, it seems!

Now, don’t think Boca Juniors are sitting on their hands either, as they’re eager to lock down Argentine defender Valentin Barco at the tender age of 19. Brighton’s trying to poach him, but Boca’s got their hopes high for a new contract.

Over at Aston Villa, talks are in full swing to keep 25-year-old English defender Ezri Konsa in the claret and blue. It’s all about securing that defence, folks!

Barcelona’s eyes are set on the future with an interest in 18-year-old Belgian midfield sensation Arthur Vermeeren. They reckon he could be the next Sergio Busquets. Now, that’s some big shoes to fill! All the recent La Liga analyses say that Barca are back baby.

Manchester United’s not all sunshine and rainbows, though. Chief executive Richard Arnold had to jump on a Zoom call with the club staff to sort out some unhappiness over various issues this season. It’s not all smooth sailing at Old Trafford, folks.

The Red Devils had a crack at Brighton’s 18-year-old Republic of Ireland striker Evan Ferguson with a £50 million bid, but the Seagulls weren’t having it. Bright future ahead for Ferguson, it seems.

Now, onto Arsenal, where goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale’s not looking for the exit door, despite being dropped last week. The 25-year-old England international is determined to stay put, but Chelsea and Bayern Munich are keeping tabs on his situation. It’s one to watch, folks!

AC Milan’s owner, Gerry Cardinale, had a sit-down with the legendary Zlatan Ibrahimovic. They’re talking about a potential boardroom role for the retired Swedish superstar. Imagine having Zlatan in the boardroom, that’s got fireworks written all over it.

And hey, remember Chelsea’s former skipper, John Terry? Well, he’s part of a group eyeing a 10% stake in the club. Co-controlling owner Todd Boehly is open to new investments. Could we see JT back at the Bridge in a different role?

West Ham fans, listen up! Michail Antonio, the man who’s been tearing it up at the London Stadium, wants to stick around. He’s keen on a new contract with the Hammers. Good news for the Claret and Blue faithful! And last but not least, La Liga sides Real Betis and Valencia are both after Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea. The 32-year-old’s still a free agent after his Manchester United exit this summer. It’s a spicy one in the Spanish transfer market!

And in a stunning twist, former Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann is giving up a whopping £17 million to take charge of the German national team. That’s some serious dedication to the Deutschland cause!

So there you have it, folks, another whirlwind of transfer news and rumours in the world of football! Stay tuned for more drama, goals, and action on the pitch!
